The Gutter Drain Warden has been designe to prevent hydrocarbons from escaqping into the stormwater systems. The SCS Gutter Drain Warden will capture hydrocarbons/silt and rubish ie; ear plugs; cigarette buts; etc. The Gutter Drain Warden has a geotextile basin which remains in the drain and a geotextile filter boom which prevents hydrocarbon spills from flowing into the gutter opening. A Bilge Rat is placed into the Drain Warden Basin to capture excess hydrocarbon spills and can be re-placed when soiled.
